For more than twenty years, Carl has worked with people and organisations as an advisor, consultant and teacher, both in Sweden and internationally.
He regularly leads development programs at Lindeborg's Eco Retreat, and has extensive experience as a program leader at SSE Executive Education, Oxford Leadership and Companions for Leadership.
He has also been a guest speaker at Harvard Business School and published some 25 articles in the Swedish business magazine Affärsvärlden.
Carl has a Master of Science degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and started his career as a management consultant. He wrote his first book in 2007, after making a major change in his own life.
Deeply curious about human development, Carl has sought out learning in many places, from studying with the Dalai Lama at his home in Dharamsala to participating in global networks such as Conscious Capitalism.
Alongside his wife Julia, he runs an innovative organic retreat near Stockholm, Sweden.

Lindeborg's Eco Retreat is a green oasis created for the harmonization of body, mind and soul. A place for reflection, creative meetings, vital learning and deepening conversations. Here you are surrounded by forest, meadow and water and the food on your plate is grown outside the door.
