General terms

A registration for Carl's program is binding. However, the place can be transferred to another person free of charge.

Payment terms

The program fee must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. An invoice is sent immediately after registration. If the program fee is not paid on time, we will not be able to guarantee your place in the program.

If notified no later than 3 weeks before your program start, you can postpone your start to a later program start for a fee equivalent to 20% of the total program fee. Advancement is not permitted if there are less than 3 weeks left until the start of the program.

What type of personal data do we collect?

We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient attendance for a meaningful program experience up to 3 weeks prior to program start. You can then choose to participate in the next program opportunity, choose another program or request a full refund.

On this page, we want to inform you about the collection and processing of personal data when you visit the website. Personal data includes all data that can be attributed to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail, user behaviour.

As of May 25, 2018, the EU's new data protection regulation (GDPR) is applicable in Sweden. The personal data that will be collected, processed and used takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation, specifically in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is described in more detail below.

We process personal data that you have handed over to us in connection with ordering and using our services, through your contacts with us, our related companies and third parties acting on our behalf, when you sign up for our newsletter subscription service and when you visit our web pages.

When ordering and or contacting someone from our staff, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP number and workplace are registered.

We process your personal data to provide our services, to fulfill established agreements with you and to administer our business relationship with you. The personal data is also processed to provide you with news and information services, as well as to improve and develop our website and our services.

In case of notification of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the program fee is refunded. For cancellations from 3 weeks before the start of the program until the date of the start of the program, no refund will be made but the full course fee will be charged.

In case of illness confirmed by a doctor's certificate, 80% of the program fee is refunded regardless of the time of cancellation.
