Foundation
Your mental, emotional and physical state not only affects how you feel and perform, it also influences the people around you. In an accelerating world, where the gap between what we were created for and what is now needed is growing, it becomes central to proactively upgrade the brain and establish new patterns for thought, feeling and action.
In the program Foundation, you will learn more about the shortcomings of the Stone Age brain and the potential of neuroplasticity, i.e. the ability to change the structure and function of the brain. You get to practice a series of concrete tools and techniques to upgrade yourself, and establish good, enabling habits in both thought and action.
The goal is to equip you to stand firmly even when times get tough, to be able to make good decisions even in stressful and uncertain situations, and to raise your awareness and energy level in general.

The program starts at 10.00 on day 1 and ends at 15.30 on day 3.
The location is Lindeborgs Eco Retreat outside Nyköping, 1 hour 20 minutes from Stockholm by car or train and taxi, and 30 minutes from Katrineholm where trains connect to e.g. Gothenburg.
Lindeborgs Eco Retreat is beautifully situated at the end of the road in direct connection to forest, meadow and water, and a perfect environment for learning and reflection. Here you will meet a rich ecosystem, climate-positive solutions and vegetarian gourmet food that is grown outside the door.
